Kreuzmayr KEB 750 Belt Press

The Kreuzmayr KEB 750 belt press is ideal for the medium to large professional juice or cider producer, providing a class leading processing capacity of up to 1500kg per hour - offering outstanding processing capacity and high juice yield, along with durability and ease of use. 

The KEB 750 has four pressing rollers, enabling it to deliver increased juice yield of up to 75%. Variable belt speed and belt tensioning allow full adjustability for processing different fruit, ensuring the highest levels of performance and efficiency are achieved. Manufactured from laser cut stainless steel and food grade plastics, including sealed grease-refillable roller bearings, the KEB 750 is also highly durable with reduced maintenance needs.  This belt press also includes the Kreuzmayr 'Easy Clean' system with pneumatic rams to raise the mesh safety guard allowing operators to access removable mash deflectors. These innovative features make cleaning fast and easy, reducing cleaning times and increasing machine durability and product quality. This belt press also has an integrated Clean In Place (CIP) system, using pressurised water to clean the belt whilst in operation ensuring continually high product quality. Pressed pomace is ejected at a height of 945mm, allowing a fruit bin to be used for collection - further reducing cleaning times.
