Cooling Plates

Cooling plates are available in a range of shapes and sizes, and can also be manufactured to meet specific requirements. Cooling plate surface area, inlet and outlet tubing length along with fittings and connectors can all be specified.

The cooling plates have a threaded connection for a simple instillation procedure. The surface of the plate is electro polished. This is a process where the stainless steel surface is polished using electrolysis, this results in the steel attaining a mirror finish. Electrolysis also prevents tartar depositions on the cooling plate surface and also makes it easier to clean for the future.

Inlet and outlet tubing can essentially be situated anywhere on the tank, providing increased flexibility. Tanks need to be drilled for installation of the cooling plates, with the plates then being welded into position. Welding also ensures that the join is completely sealed.
