The BC neck freezers are ideal for the small to medium sized producer of sparkling wine and Champagne.
Bottle necks are immersed into a glycol-based liquid to facilitate the removal of yeast deposits which have settled inside the cap of inverted bottles, during the riddling process. It can reach temperatures of -25˚C to -35˚C and has a production rate of up to 760 bottles per hour.
