Labeller

The ENOS BETA labelling machine is perfect for applying front and back labels on the same roll, as well as a third label with the head of the back label, to round bottles. The labeller can be integrated into a bottling line either before or post filling. The maximum throughput is 2500 bottles per hour.

The machine is equipped with a step motor, variable speed drive, wraparound neck collar, and an automatic positioning system for customised labels. The Speedy settings can be saved and automatically activated for future applications. It is made of AISI 304 stainless steel and polished aluminium for an ergonomic and sophisticated design.

Available in different versions according to your production requirements. Optional extras include a control board with plc card operated by touch screen panel and servo positioners, as well as the implementation of a hot sealing system.
