The Sraml BTT 5x1 automatic tunnel pasteuriser consists of user defined temperature zones, as well as variable speed conveyor to accurately control the pasteurisation process of up to 6000 bottles per hour.
Input and exit conveyors feed the main pasteuriser conveyor to provide a seamless flow of cans or bottles. The pasteuriser is split into separate temperature zones and is fully insulated to reduce temperature loss and to keep pasteurisation temperatures stable. Each zone is equipped with a water basin and a set of spraying nozzles. Centrifugal pumps are used to pump water from the basin to the spraying nozzles. The pump positioning ensures maximum spraying effects and minimal water mixing between zones. The pumps have integrated level sensors to protect from dry running and basins that are designed to hold minimum water levels.
The BBT 5x1 features a PLC commander and touch screen panel, enabling complete control over the production process. The removable cover and detachable “twist and pull” spray nozzles make general cleaning and maintenance easier.
