The Zambelli C-BOT range of neck freezers are ideal for the small producers of sparkling wine and Champagne, with a production rate of up to 32 bottles per cycle.
It is designed to facilitate the removal of yeast deposits which have settled inside the cap of inverted bottles, during the riddling process. The C-BOT can reach temperatures of -25˚C to -35˚C and the freezing time is approximately 10-15 minutes, depending on the model and production capacity.
Larger rotary models are available on request.
