A Brite tank is designed to store beer throughout the final stages of maturation, clarification, and carbonation. It features a special dished-bottom designed to collect the leftover yeast, a large vertical dimpled cooling jacket for temperature optimisation, as well as pressure-rated temperature control. Cooling capacity, insulation and pressure can be tailored according to specific requirements.
The CBEBT range of brite tanks has a holding capacity of up to 6000 litres, is constructed from durable materials with a polished or electropolished finish, and is fully equipped with CIP spray ball, butterfly valve, sampling tap, safety valve, air lock valve, carbonating stone connections and pressure release valve.
