EMME

The Zambelli EMME range is ideal for destemming whole cluster grapes. The in-feed auger moves the grape clusters through the loading hopper to separate any debris. Strategically angled paddles mounted to a rotating shaft destem the clusters and the grapes drop through the destemming drum.

The EMME range has a production capacity of up to 24,000kg per hour, depending on model. It consists of a fixed-position drum with adjustable rubber destemming paddles, a mechanical speed variator for loading auger, destemmer drum and shaft, and a hinged opening for effortless cleaning.

Alternate versions are available depending on your production requirements.
