GAMMA

The Zambelli GAMMA range is ideal for destemming whole cluster grapes. The in-feed auger moves the grape clusters through the loading hopper to separate any debris. Strategically angled paddles mounted to a rotating shaft destem the clusters and the grapes drop through the destemming drum. A second auger then feeds the fruit into a must pump.

The GAMMA range has a production capacity of up to 4000kg per hour, depending on model. It consists of a fixed-position drum with alternating destemming paddles, an integrated centrifugal must pump, and a hinged opening for effortless cleaning (no chains or belts to remove).

Available in painted or stainless steel. Alternate versions are available depending on your production requirements.
