JADE

The Mecamarc Jade range of semi-automatic labelling machines are ideal for the small to medium sized wine producer using ½, standard, magnum, and bespoke bottle sizes. The machine is designed to apply front, back, and neck labels, as well as a capsule on up to 1200 sparkling wine bottles per hour.

The Jade is equipped with a step motor with variable speed, tilting stations for conical bottles, automatic height adjustment, and touchscreen control panel with 400 programs for storing machine memory. The compact design allows for space optimisation with a production facility. The stainless-steel construction ensures lasting durability, easy cleaning, and low maintenance.

A fully automatic version of the JADE is also available which can be incorporated into a fully automatic line.
