The Kreuzmayr KEB range provides the perfect entry level single belt press for small producers. It features three or four individual pressing rollers and has a production capacity of up to 2400 kg per hour.
The pomace is spread evenly across the width of the belt allowing for maximum juice extraction. The belt regulation and tension are controlled by a constant compressed air supply allowing for a more intense pressing. Pressure is exerted on to the pulp, forcing the juice through the belt and into the collection trays, where it is quickly transferred into tanks to prevent oxidation.
The KEB also features a variable speed regulating sieve belt, and integrated Clean-in-Place system (CIP), which cleans the pressing belt during operation. Manufactured from laser cut stainless steel and food grade plastics, with sealed grease-refillable roller bearings, this belt press provides high durability and cleanliness, as well as low maintenance needs. A mash ejection height of 770mm ensures a fruit bin can be used to collect pressed pomace.
