The Multima 2-in-1 is a counter-pressure long-tube filler designed for a variety of bottle and can formats. The counterpressure technology of Leibinger's Multima product line makes it ideal for filling carbonated products like beer, cider and other alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Through the use of integrated vacuum technology, bottles can be filled with very minimal oxygen uptake. With its flexible and efficient design, the Multima 2in1 offers a practical solution for beverage producers looking to streamline their operations.
Can Shower
The can shower rinses cans after the filling and sealing process, effectively removing any impurities from both the can and its lid.
Bubble Breaker
The bubble breaker uses a targeted CO₂ jet to remove the upper layer of oxygen-contaminated foam, preventing oxygenation and preserving product quality.
CO₂ Tunnel
In the CO₂ tunnel, open cans are transported to the capper in a controlled environment, preventing oxygenation contamination.
High Pressure Injection (HPI)
High-pressure injection (HDE) introduces a fine jet of water into the product, causing it to foam and push oxygen to the surface. This minimizes oxygen exposure, preserving freshness and extending shelf life.
Capper
We use a curved crown corker with 2, 4, or 6 capping stations. As it operates entirely mechanically, machine operators can perform maintenance without requiring a service technician.
Filling Valve
Our long-tube bottling and canning valves are purely mechanical, ensuring durability and allowing operators to perform maintenance or repairs without external assistance.
Carousel Spraying
Carousel spraying is used for the quick removal of sticky product residues or broken fragments. This process requires minimal production downtime.
Bottle Shower
The bottle shower rinses bottles after the filling and capping process, effectively removing any remaining impurities from the bottle and lid.
Can Stop
The can stop prevents additional cans from entering the filler once the filling process has stopped. This ensures that no open, filled cans remain in the carousel, allowing the filler to run empty.
