Letina Punch-Down Wine Fermentation Tank
The Letina VIP punch-down wine fermentation tank is designed for the vinification of red and white grapes, as well as for the fermentation and storage of wine.
As standard, the VIP features a three-blade impeller suppressor, built-in sieve, HELI rotating sprinkler, pneumatic cylinder with blades, temperature gauge, pressure valves, cooling jacket, programmable touchscreen control panel, total drainage port and sample tap.
Sizes range from 2400 litres to 30,000 litres.
