MEC ISO S

The Eurostar Mec ISO S counter-pressure rinser/filler/capper monoblock operates at 1000-24000 bottles per hour and is suitable for glass PET bottles and other polymers. The machine is available with one or two rinsing treatments along with either fixed or dynamic nozzles, a counter pressure rotary filling station, and capping station. All main locking systems in capping/sealing are intended for specific applications.

The machine is equipped with conveyor belt, gearmotors, driveshafts, clutches, warning sensors, colour touch screen panel, and internet connection for assistance and remote diagnostics. The monoblock is manufactured exclusively from stainless steel AISI 304 with high standard finish to ensure optimum sterility and long-life durability.

Available in different versions according to your production requirements.
