NC-S

The Zambelli NC-S range of 600mm sorting conveyors provide manufacturers with a straightforward and effective solution for visually inspecting, sorting, and transporting fruits before processing. Sorting conveyors can be used to transport fruits between the bin tipper and washer, as well as between the washer and fruit mill. Sorting conveyors can also be used for pomace transportation after pressing.

The sorting conveyor is easy to clean, maintain and re-position. The NC-S consists of a stainless-steel frame with an integral juice and must collection tray. The belt is made from nontoxic PVC for food use and has a mechanical speed variator for efficient production.
