Bottle Filler
The Borelli RM bottling machine range features an automatic rotary filler with 6-20 gravity filling valves and is capable of processing 600-3000 litres of product per hour, depending on your production requirements. Both an inline and free-standing version is available.
Bottles are received into the machine either manually or via a conveyor. The star wheel transports the bottles into the filling position. The pneumatic piston lifts the bottle and the connection to the valve activates the gravity filling process. After the pouring process is complete, the piston is lowered, and the bottle is transported onto an optional outfeed conveyor. Speed variation is available via an electronic variable speed drive inverter.
Available in different versions depending on your production requirements.
