The Water Deaeration Unit utilises an efficient structured packing within its deaeration column to maximise the contact area between gas and liquid, ensuring effective oxygen removal. Water is evenly distributed from the top of the column, while CO2 or N2 is injected from the bottom, creating a counter-current flow that efficiently strips oxygen as the water flows downwards. This process achieves final oxygen levels below 5 ppb with minimal CO2 or N2 consumption, all within an efficient and hygienic design that meets the highest industry standards.
