The Kreuzmayr WP is a small batch pasteurization solution, capable of pasteurising up to 100 one litre bottles per batch. Manually load the bottles and add water until the product is covered. Use the integrated control panel to programme the batch parameters, and to set the pasteurization temperatures and desired holding time. When the process is initiated, the water in the bath pasteuriser begins to heat via two electric heating rods. Once the pasteuriser reaches temperature, a timer for the holding time counts down. The machine automatically shuts down at the end of the cycle. Typical pasteurisation time is 30 minutes.
