Z Tank
The Letina Z tank is used for fermentation and storage of wine, juice, cider, spirits, and other alimentary liquids. High quality materials ensure stability during usage of the tank. The Z tank is easy to clean, and the high polish ensures scale does not develop.
Standard features include a temperature gauge, level indicator, sample tap, racking port and total drainage port. Cooling jackets are optional, and the size and position can be tailor made to suit your needs. The Z tank is available in 304 or 316 stainless steel.
Sizes range from 500 litres to 40,000 litres.
