A Tailored Solution for Squerryes
We are excited to share a few details of our latest project at Squerryes Wine Estate, one of England’s premier sparkling wine producers. For this installation, we worked closely with Squerryes to understand their unique requirements and ensure every piece of equipment we provided would enhance their winemaking process.
Our engineers installed:
- A Fermentation Control System which provides precision control over the fermentation process. This advanced system which we installed allows Squerryes to monitor and manage temperature and fermentation parameters, resulting in consistent quality in every batch of wine.
- 18 Wine Tanks, 1 Mixing Tank, and 3 Air Cap Tanks These Letina tanks are available exclusively from Core Equipment in the UK are designed to offer durability, and flexibility.
- Bucher Vaslin Origin 80 Closed Cage Press ensures gentle and precise pressing of the grapes, maximizing juice yield without compromising quality. The French-made, closed-cage design minimises oxidation, perfect for sparkling wine production.
- Kiesel Two-Speed Impeller Pump a highly efficient solution for pumping liquids and handling delicate wine transfers, minimising stress.
