Leibinger Multima LC Canning Machine

The Multima LC is a counter-pressure canning line offering a high-speed German made canning solution. Featuring classic long-tube fillers for carbonated beverages to be filled into cans. The Multima LC can handle all common can formats. Non-carbonated drinks can also be filled into cans by means of a nitrogen drop system. Offering speeds of up to 12,000 cans per hour. Featuring an integrated can seamer and numerous gassing devices filling occurs with minimum oxygen pick up. The open construction makes this a hygienic design. The can seamer is integrated into the machine and is located at the outlet of the filler and is permanently connected to it.

The CODI CCL45 range of in-line counter pressure canning machine has a capacity of up to 3500 cans per hour and offers the flexibility to fill multiple can sizes with both carbonated and non-carbonated products. Within the Codi canning line there is two models CL45X - 3 head filler (1800 cans per hour) and CCL45 - 6 head filler (3500 cans per hour). The CODI CCL-45 offers the flexibility to fill multiple can sizes with both carbonated and non-carbonated products.

The CODI depalletiser 250 automates the process of removing and stacking slip sheets between cans, pushing bulk can supply layer by layer onto conveying, and indexing cans into single file for feeding into the canning line. It can work with aluminium bottles as well.

The CODI twist rinse rotates the cans a full 360° enabling the water rinse system or ionised air (optional extra) to clean the interior of the cans as they descend.
