The policy includes any members within the Core Equipment group which is governed by UK legislation.

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) of 25th May 2018. We may regularly update this policy to ensure this remain up to date and accurate. Please return to this page to check that you are aware of our current policy.

Our designated Data Controller is considered to our Sales Administrator/Management Team and will oversee the controls, implementation and monitoring of our policy.

Where we use an external service provider to act on our behalf, we will disclose only the personal information necessary to deliver the service such as but not limited to haulage company. An example of an external service provider would be a freight delivery company. We may be required to provide data held on our system if we are bound by a legal obligation.
