Wire Cage Applicator

G300

The M.E.P G300 applies wire cages to already corked bottles. The wire cages are manually loaded into the wiring turret. The pneumatically powered machine elevates the top of the bottle to the wire cage and a swivel action arm spins and tightens the wire cage onto the top of the bottle. Caging time is 3 seconds per bottle. The machine can handle bottles with a height of up to 375mm.
