 The Bucher XPert range (100–450 hL) is built for large-scale wineries requiring high-capacity pressing with reliable, long-term performance. The XPert combines industrial-strength construction with user-friendly operation. It features Bucher’s patented self-cleaning drainage channels, designed to maximise juice flow, reduce cycle times, and minimise downtime during intensive harvest periods. The intuitive control system includes a large display with two operating modes and storage for up to ten programmable cycles, allowing easy adaptation to different grape varieties and pressing styles. Optional features such as axial inlet, automatic press modes, auto-wash, and inert gas integration further enhance efficiency making the XPert a powerful, scalable solution for high-throughput, quality-focused wineries.
